Koenigsegg Teases Something Special For Geneva 2013
The awesomely exciting slew of new hypercars creeping onto the scene looks like it will gain yet another unveiling with Koenigsegg. The Swedish supercar manufacturer has recently teased a special offering it will showcase in Geneva in March. In the teaser image the note “Celebrate 0 – 100 – 10 with Koenigsegg Automotive at Geneva 2013,” making it seem as though a special edition car will be revealed in light of the brand building its 100th car. As the image suggests, a plethora of cabon fiber will be present, which is not all that surprising seeing as how all of their cars are carbon fiber junkies. What could be even more interesting is if we in fact see an all-new car from Koenigsegg. If so, it is likely the materialization of its 'One:1' concept that the brand has previously confirmed; the name refers to a 1hp:1kg ratio giving the car between 1,250 & 1,30 horsepower. We'll be diligently reporting on the Geneva show so stay tuned for more details!
