After completing development, McLaren has unveiled the 570S GT4 and the price which starts at $226,000. Deliveries will take place sometime next year for privateers who will have the opportunity to race alongside the McLaren GT track team in the GT4 Series, including the 2016 British GT Championship.

The powerplant is the usual McLaren twin turbo V8. The lighter body features a new wide body stretched over magnesium alloy wheels and Pirelli slick tyres. It isn’t GT4-spec without an aero package that includes a tall rear wing for downforce.

Alongside the 570S GT4, McLaren is also introducing the 570S Sprint, a track only car that doesn’t have meet regulations for GT4 class racing. We expect it to come with a roll cage and racing harnesses similar to the 650S Sprint.
