We’re still deep in the honeymoon period with our new Jaguar F-Type V8 S Rental so it’s only natural that we’d bring you news of the anticipated Project 7 car from Jag. Revealed ahead of the car’s official debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend, the Project 7 looks like a proper racecar thanks to Ian Callum. Fitted with one seat (the passenger is replaced by a helmet holder), gobs of carbon fiber packaging, a lower stand, a lowered windshield, and many other delicious aesthetic tweaks, the Project 7 is a stunner. Oh, and did we mention that she packs a 550 hp tuned version of Jag’s 5.0L V8? Yeah, she’s good for 4.1 seconds to 60 and a top speed of 186 (limited). What is most exciting is that we’re likely going to see this version under the hood of an upcoming F-Type, but we shall see! Revel in the Project 7’s tasteful, racy mods below.
