Porsche Club Coupe – European Delivery Special Event Recap
Porsche Club of America (PCA) is celebrating their 60 year anniversary with a very limited car. The 2015 911 GTS Club Coupe. A collaboration between the Porsche Club of America and Porsche. The car was first announced in January of this year in Atlanta Georgia at the Porsche Cars North America headquarters. Earlier last month 10 Members of the Club flew to the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen for a private tour and to pick-up their new 911s.
Only 60 of these cars will be made and they will only be available to Porsche Club America Members. The last time they created an exclusive Club Coupe was in 2005 for their 50th anniversary.
The car has a beautiful unique paint job in the Club Blau color, which is nonmetallic. The color very closely resembles the PCA logo blue. The car also sports Porsche’s classic 20-inch Sport wheels. The doors are marked with “Club Coupe” on the sills, the center console cover has a bold “60” on it and there are a few other custom pieces inside the car. Our favorite aspect of the Club Coupe however is the beautiful Ducktail rear spoiler.
Members of the Club must win a lottery to be given the opportunity to purchase one of the 60 cars for $136,060. Those who do get one have a high chance of seeing the value rise but of course, they are unlikely to sell.
